When serving roasted chicken or turkey, look for either a lighter white, such as a Sauvignon Blanc or a richer one such as an oaked Chardonnay.
It should come as no surprise that a bold Cabernet Sauvignon pairs nicely with beef stew. However, Merlot or Syrah also work!
Pork Pie is a beautiful dish to pair with wine! A lighter red, such as a Pinot Noir or Beaujolais will compliment it nicely.
A dry to medium-dry red wine will be your best bet for this classic dish! We recommend either a Bordeaux or a Côtes-du-Rhône.
We suggest either a Malbec or a Shiraz for this spicy fall favorite! A medium or full-bodied red wine will help balance the acidity and spice.
