One Product Three Ways: La Marca Prosecco

Ingredients:

• 1/2 oz. Aperol 

• 1 barspoon elderflower liqueur 

• 1 barspoon fresh lemon juice 

• 3 1/2 oz. Champagne 

• Cherries 

Instructions:

1. Combine all of the ingredients, except the Champagne, in a mixing glass filled with ice and stir until well chilled.  

2. Strain into a flute and gently pour in the Champagne.  

3. Garnish with a cherry 

Lady Washington

Ingredients:

• 1 oz. Brandy 

• 3 oz. Champagne 

• 1/2 oz. elderflower liqueur 

• 3/4 oz. fresh grapefruit juice 

• 1/4 oz. fresh lemon juice 

• 1/4 oz. honey 

Instructions:

1. Combine the brandy, liqueur, citrus juices and honey in a shaker with ice. 

2. Shake until chilled and strain into a flute.  

3. Top with cava and garnish. 

Puttin’ on the Spritz

Ingredients:

• 1 oz. St. Germain 

• ½ oz. Cocchi Americano 

• 3 dashes orange bitters 

• 3½ oz. chilled Champagne 

• Lemon twist for garnish 

Instructions:

1. Combine all of the ingredients, except the sparkling wine, in a shaker and shake with ice.  

2. Strain into a chilled coupe, top with Champagne 

3. Peel lemon and garnish.
