Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 ounces tequila
- 1/2 ounce creme de cassis or Chambord
- 1/2 ounce lime juice, freshly squeezed
- 3 ounces ginger beer
- Garnish: lime wedge
Instructions:
- Add the tequila, creme de cassis or Chambord and lime juice into a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled.
- Strain into a Collins glass over fresh ice and top with the ginger beer.
- Garnish with a lime wedge.
Greenhorn
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 ounces blanco tequila
- 1 ounce Midori
- 3/4 ounce Cocchi Americano
- Garnish: green maraschino cherry
Instructions:
- Add the tequila, Midori, and Cocchi Americano to a mixing glass filled with ice and stir until well-chilled.
- Strain into a Nick & Nora glass.
- Garnish with a green maraschino cherry.
Ranch Water
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 ounces blanco tequila
- 1/2 ounce lime juice, freshly squeezed
- Topo Chico, chilled, to top (about 6 ounces)
- Garnish: lime wedge
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients into a collins or highball glass over ice and stir briefly and gently to combine.
- Garnish with a lime wedge.
