Vodka Mint Lemonade
Ingredients:
4 lemons quartered with seeds removed
Leaves from 1 medium-sized bunch of mint
8 cups of cold water
1/3 cup honey or sugar
8 to 16 ounces vodka
Ice cubes
Lime or lemon slices to garnish
Directions:
Place the quartered lemons in the blender with 2 cups of water, sugar or honey, some ice, and half of the mint leaves. Blend until the lemons are crushed, the mixture should be slightly foamy with a whitish color. Strain the lemonade and add the remaining 6 cups of water. Stir in the vodka or allow guests to add the vodka according to their preference. Serve with ice and garnish with the remaining mint leaves and lime slices.
Orange Pineapple Punch
Ingredients:
2 cups orange juice
1 cup 100% pineapple juice
1/2 cup light rum
1/2 cup dark rum
1/2 cup coconut or banana rum
Fresh mint, for garnish
Directions:
In a punch bowl or pitcher, combine Florida Orange Juice, pineapple juice, and rums. Stir to combine. Pour into glasses filled with ice, and garnish each with a sprig of fresh mint.

Stawberry Ginger Punch
Ingredients:
1/3 cup sugar
12 ounces fresh strawberries, hulled, divided
1 3-inch piece ginger, peeled, thinly sliced, divided
1/2 cup (packed) fresh basil leaves, divided
1 1/2 cups vodka
3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
2 12-ounce cans of seltzer water
Directions:
Combine sugar, 1/2 cup strawberries, half of the ginger, and 1/3 cup water in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil, stirring to dissolve sugar. Reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally, until berries soften, about 3 minutes. Let cool. Strain and set syrup aside.
Muddle 2 cups strawberries, 1/4 cup basil, and remaining ginger in a large jar or bowl. Add vodka, lime juice, and reserved syrup and stir to combine. Chill for at least 30 minutes and up to 2 hours to let flavors meld.
Strain mixture into a large punch bowl, pressing on solids to release as much liquid as possible. Add seltzer and remaining 1/2 cup strawberries and 1/4 cup basil. Serve over ice.

Paloma Cocktails
Ingredients:
2 ounces tequila (blanco or reposado)
1/2 ounce lime juice (fresh)
7 ounces grapefruit soda (or enough to fill the glass)
Optional: salt (for rim)
Directions:
Gather the ingredients. If desired, rim a collins glass with salt. Begin by wetting the rim with a lime wedge, then roll it in a small dish of salt. Fill the glass with ice and add the tequila and lime juice. Top it off with grapefruit soda and enjoy!
Easy Bourbon Tea
Ingredients:
1 1/2 ounces bourbon whiskey
1/2 ounce limoncello
4 ounces freshly brewed iced tea
Lemon wedge for garnish
Directions:
In a double old-fashioned glass add bourbon and limoncello. Fill the glass with ice. Top with iced tea. Garnish with a lemon wedge.
