Ingredients:
- 3 oz Josh Cellars Cabernet Sauvignon
- 1 oz bourbon (optional for extra warmth and body)
- 0.75 oz fresh lemon juice
- 0.5 oz simple syrup (1:1 sugar to water)
- 3–4 fresh blackberries (plus more for garnish)
- 2–3 fresh mint leaves (plus a sprig for garnish)
- Ice
- Club soda (optional, for a lighter fizz)
Instructions:
- Muddle the blackberries and mint in a shaker until well broken down and fragrant.
- Add lemon juice, simple syrup, Cabernet Sauvignon, and bourbon (if using) to the shaker.
