White Wine Mule

Ingredients:

• 4 oz. Ginger Beer  

• 3 oz. Chardonnay 12110 La Crema Chardonnay Monterey  

• 1 oz. Vodka  

• Ice  

• Juice from one lime wedge  

• Slice of lime for garnish  

Instructions:

1. Fill your favorite coper mug or glass with ice  

2. Pour in the ginger beer, wine, and vodka  

3. Squeeze in the lime juice  

4. Stir lightly  

5. Garnish with slice of lime 

White Cargo

Ingredients:

• 2 oz Dry Gin 

• 1 scoop, Vanilla ice cream 

• 1⁄4 oz, Chardonnay 

Instructions:  

1. Select and pre-chill a martini glass.  

2. Prepare garnish of grated nutmeg. 

3. Shake all ingredients with ice. 

4. Fine strain into chilled glass. 

5. Garnish with dusting of nutmeg grated over cocktail. 

Pear Shaped Spritz

Ingredients:

• 1 1⁄2 oz Chardonnay chilled 

• 1 1⁄2 oz  Soda Water chilled 

• 1 oz Pear liqueur 

Instructions:

1. Select and pre-chill a Wine glass. 

2. Prepare garnish of pear wedge.. 

3. POUR all ingredients into chilled glass. 

4. FILL glass with ice. 

5. Garnish with pear wedge on rim.
