Ingredients:
- 1/2 oz. Aperol
- 1 barspoon elderflower liqueur
- 1 barspoon fresh lemon juice
- 3 1/2 oz. Champagne
- Cherries
Instructions:
- Combine all of the ingredients, except the Champagne, in a mixing glass filled with ice and stir until well chilled.
- Strain into a flute and gently pour in the Champagne.
- Garnish with a cherry
Lady Washington
Ingredients:
- 1 oz. Brandy
- 3 oz. Champagne
- 1/2 oz. elderflower liqueur
- 3/4 oz. fresh grapefruit juice
- 1/4 oz. fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 oz. honey
Instructions:
- Combine the brandy, liqueur, citrus juices and honey in a shaker with ice.
- Shake until chilled and strain into a flute.
- Top with cava and garnish.
Puttin’ on the Spritz
Ingredients:
- 1 oz. St. Germain
- ½ oz. Cocchi Americano
- 3 dashes orange bitters
- 3½ oz. chilled Champagne
- Lemon twist for garnish
Instructions:
- Combine all of the ingredients, except the sparkling wine, in a shaker and shake with ice.
- Strain into a chilled coupe, top with Champagne
- Peel lemon and garnish.
