One Product Three Ways: Bacardi Light Rum

Yellow Bird

Ingredients:

• 1/2 ounce freshly squeezed lime juice, from 1/2 lime  

• 1 1/4 ounces orange juice  

• 1 ounce light rum  

• 1 ounce dark rum  

• 1/4 ounce Galliano L’Autentico liqueur  

• Maraschino cherry, for garnish, optional  

• Fresh mint sprig, for garnish, optional  

Instructions: 

1. Squeeze the the lime juice into a cocktail shaker with ice.  

2. Add the orange juice, light rum, dark rum and Galliano.  

3. Shake well and strain into a collins glass filled with crushed ice.  

The Hurricane

Ingredients:

• 2 ounces light rum  

• 2 ounces dark rum  

• 1 ounce lime juice, freshly squeezed  

• 1 ounce orange juice, freshly squeezed  

• 1/2 ounce passion fruit puree  

• 1/2 ounce simple syrup  

• 1 teaspoon grenadine  

• Garnish: orange half-wheel  

• Garnish: preserved cherry  

Instructions:

1. Add the light and dark rums, lime and orange juices, passion fruit puree, simple syrup and grenadine into a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled.  

2. Strain into a large Hurricane glass over fresh ice.  

3. Garnish with an orange half-wheel and a preserved cherry.

Cowboy Cooler

Ingredients:

• 1.5 oz Rum 

• ½ oz Blue Curacao 

• ½ oz lime juice 

• 1 lime  

Instructions:

1. Combine all ingredients into a cocktail shaker 

2. Shake and strain into a Martini Glass 

3. Lime Wedge for Garnish
