November 7th is National Merlot Day and November 19th is National Zinfandel Day. To celebrate these two fine wines, we’ve gathered a few of our favorites to share with you! Merlot is a beautiful medium-bodied red wine. It typically has flavors of cherry, plum, and raspberry. Most Merlot wines have a beautiful finish and slight tannins, making it an easy to drink red wine.

Zinfandel wines typically have higher alcohol levels and are bolder and heavier-bodied. They are often ever so slightly sweeter than most red wines and also offer flavors of jam and berries with hints of smoke.
