Contest Rules

  1. Participants must be 21 years of age or older and a legal resident of the continental United States to be eligible.
  2. Tickets are $100 each and a maximum of 2,500 tickets will be sold. There is no limit as to the number of tickets that can be sold to an individual purchaser. Tickets can be purchased online only and paid for by credit card or debit card.
  3. Raffle starts on July 2, 2026, and ends September 30, 2026, at 4:00 PM (EST). Tickets will be sold until September 30, 2026, at 4:00 PM (EST), or until the 2,500-ticket maximum is reached, whichever occurs first.
  4. A winner will be randomly selected by October 1, 2026, at the New Hampshire Liquor Commission, 50 Storrs Street, Concord, NH 03301. If the 2,500-ticket maximum is reached before September 30, 2026, NHLC will select a winner within three business days of that milestone.
  5. Winners must appear in person to take ownership of the grand prize from the New Hampshire Liquor Commission (50 Storrs Street, Concord, NH 03301) as the product cannot be shipped. Winners must present a valid United States driver’s license or other acceptable photo ID, and the name on the ID must match the name on the ticket. Prize may not be substituted for cash or transferred to another party. The winner has three (3) business days after being notified by NHLC or its vendor, wedu, to confirm their ability to claim their prize. If the winner does not confirm in that timeframe or is unable to claim their prize, they will forfeit, and another winner will be chosen. The winner may choose to claim the bottles at a later date and does not have to accept the trip to New Hampshire to claim the prizes. However, airfare and lodging are only valid during the month of November 2026 and cannot be redeemed at another time or exchanged for cash.
  6. The winner shall be responsible for any and all federal, state, or local income or excise taxes, fees, assessments, licensing, registration, insurance and like charges associated with the prizes. For IRS requirements and Government rules governing withholding of prizes won, check with a qualified financial adviser or tax professional.
  7. Upon issuance of a raffle ticket, all sales are final and non-refundable.
  8. NHLC reserves the right to select the airline and flight times, ground transportation options, and hotel accommodations. Transportation reimbursement is limited to travel within the continental U.S.
  9. The winner agrees to participate in reasonable publicity activities relating to the prize, including but not limited to interviews, photo sessions, and promotional events. The winner agrees to make themselves available for such activities at times and places reasonably designated by NHLC. Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for NHLC or its vendors to use winners’ names and likeness for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation unless prohibited by law.
  10. Purchasers, by participating (and the winner, by accepting the prize) release the NHLC, its employees, and its respective partners, vendors, agents, representatives, sponsors, service agencies and independent contractors, and each of their respective directors, officers, partners, employees and agents, including advertising and promotion agencies, from any and all liability with respect to participation in the raffle and possession or use of the prize awarded. Purchasers and accepting winners also acknowledge that the NHLC did not provide, and that they did not receive, any representations, warranties or guarantees, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the prize(s), including but not limited to quality, mechanical condition, or fitness. New Hampshire law shall govern this raffle and in the case of any dispute, the decision of NHLC shall be final.
  11. NHLC employees, immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children), and household members of NHLC employees are not eligible to participate in the raffle.
  12. Void where prohibited.
